| The registration info contains unreadable characters | there are umlauts in your name due to some reason the umlaut in your name has been converted into these unreadable chars | change the unreadable chars to the appropriate umlauts if you are uncertain about it contact the authors |
| The registration is not accepted by the program | typing mistake | double-check and re-type the registration data |
